Yarn Selection:

Pattern Creation:

  • Unique patterns for quilted jacquard are designed using special jacquard looms.
  • Patterns enriched with three-dimensional and voluminous details are programmed into the jacquard looms.

Knitting and Padding:

  • A special padding material is added between fabric layers to emphasize three-dimensional patterns, giving the design a more voluminous and soft appearance.
